The past few days have been pretty congested for me. I went around preparing for all the possible AQ logistics/check on the boys taking part in the Race, and even stayed with them overnight at Aldrin's Place the night before the race since the reporting time was at 3.30am. I was pretty worried while we were are Aldrin's place, as he wasn't feeling well and was having gastrics. We would have to activate our reserve member Cheng Long if Aldrin couldn't recover in time. Imagine the kind of stress Cheng Long was facing, since it was such a last minute thing and he wasn't even mentally prepared to go for the race if needed. Well, Aldrin got a lot better when we were about to leave his place and was well enough to particpate in the race, so we really have to thank God for allowing Aldrin to recover in time.
Well, the boys finished with the 31st position out of 120 teams, so it was a pretty good result for us. I guess the good performance this year will springboard our performances in future AQs, and maybe get into the top ten in the near future :o)
I just bought my new phone, the Nokia E63 model. It has been a delight thus far, and I still think I got it at the best available price at $198, since it retails for about $400+++. No more army phone for me now!
And Manchester United won 3-2 against Aston Villa yesterday night!! In your face for all those who were hoping for another loss for the Red Devils haha! I'm pretty sure this match will be the start of an amazing run of wins for the team, and I'm sure the remaining teams that will be facing them will suffer dearly haha :o)
